I want to design a oscillator of
400Hz with different value Crystals ,
I.C I want to use is 4060,
What is the ratio of division?
I think APPLICATION NOTE will help me.

Hi,
If you get a crystal of 3.2768 MHz, then Q12 output of 4060 should give 400 Hz.
