Does anybody have datasheet of ADP3165 (20 pin SMD IC). I couldn't get it even after extensive searches. It is used as the voltage regulator in my D845WN(Intel) motherboard.
There is occasionally no gate drive to the MOSFETS used as switches in the buck regulator for processor(Hence the computer stops responding).
I suspect it is a problem with ADP3165 IC but i couldn't yet obtain any information other than that it is a two/three phase buck regulator.
