hello every body
i have a simcom sim300 module when i upload the total flash it uploads successfully but when i download the total flash to module it displays message AREA OUT OF BOUND please help whats problem.
the file version is : 10.0.8(XMST)3010SST34HFP2(2_16)
PLEASE HELP

Hi. I'm looking also to upgrade several SIM340. Where did you get the hardware tool and software to do that? A bunch of SIM340 don't response to AT command and I want to flash them again to see if they come to live again. Thanks in advance.

Hi
I have the version 1008B11SIM300C32_SST34HF3284 of simcom I obtain the 1008B13SIM300C32_SST34HF3284 firmware but I have problem with the Domain service, I can't use this function the B13 have problem with domain GPRS connection, they only connect by IP, you available the B14 version ?? this version fix the problem domain ,can you help me, but if you need the B13 version I can send to you.
