Post07 Jun 2008 2:25   Why is the time zone NOT accurate?

I have noticed that the time zone is off by 1 hour? Why could that be? I sure do know what time zone I am in, and I know the time... lol but the time that shows up on edaboard is wrong so I have to compensate by setting the time zone to a value which is NOT accurate but necessary to adjust the edaboard clock to agree with my clock?

Thanks
B

You can always change this setting in your profile.

Summer time may not be observed by the site clock.

Yeah, daylight saving time is messing up everything.

Back in the good ol' days it was always 4 hours difference to Brazil from my locale.
Now it can be 3, 4 or 5... Confused
