click pin tool, click on the pad you change, click spreadsheet/padstacks.

padstack is highlited, change drildwg/drill to desired value.

for this (1N5402) diode, drill 60 mils (1.5mm).

Code:

For other components see datasheets for them.

Hi,

you yourself are mentioning that drill is 0.5mm and 1 mm so just add 0.7 mm to drill to get the actual pad size.
and in case you have pin diameter than add 0.3mm to get the drill and then 0.7mm to get pad size.

Regards,

Ricky
