Initillay the two transitors of the power supply were shorted so the HOT. I replaced and now I got the 115v and 12v and the stanby 5v however when I switch on the tv seems to start but inmediatly turns off. I noted that no 9v nor 5v works fine.
Any suggestion,please.

please check the high voltage horizontal out put section, may be high volt. transistor is leakage
maybe help

The problem was in the jungle ic. i chaged it and tv is working fine.
