Tamasco, do you understand how a PCB board is worked out? Do you know how many working procedures a PCB has to pass?
In my opinion, a person never have a chance to make an industrial PCB/PWB by himself/herself. Any type of PCB fabrication equipment will cost you very very much! A brand-new drilling is around 100K USD.
Certainly, if you are willing to build a PCB factory, that's another story. I can introduce some factories who can make PCB fabrication equipments.

Maybe am missing something (or terminology). I'm considering starting a small electronics firm.
But i need my own PCB fabricating stuff. I thought i could obtain some used ones at
a lower price.

To Tamasco,
It really depends what do you need. Industrial PCB machine or small prototyping desktop system like LPKF. If your need are for low frequency electronics when via are not a problem you may find something like LPKF or other firm products. Check eBay for them.
