Hi guys,
I'm working on H264. I am actually reading the book of ''H.264 and MPEG-4 video compression''.
I got confused with the way of deducing the prefix from the suffix when encoding the levels of non zero coefficients in the CAVLC coding method. It is not explained in a concise manner in the book.
Can someone help me please?
