dear , there is no other way to disable the only two port. but u can re program the huawei switch.run the that add in explorer
http:192.168.1.1 or http:192.168.1.2 and it will open your switch in program mod username and password is admin .and now reset your switch it may be work in ok condition.try it and please tell witch model is you are using.and sorry for my english
