Hi,

I've had this problem for quite some time now, but for some reason I don't know if it is my installation but I cannot get transient current or dc current to appear though transient voltage shows up fine.

The format for obtaining VT or VDC is VT("/net17") for instance, what is it for IT or IDC? I've tried specifying the terminals for a given Mosfet, but it returns an error saying Evaluation error: Unknown scalar data type: Nil. For example for IT("/M5/S").

you can get it before simulation:

When you simulate current, you must set something.
ADE>OUTPUTS>SAVE ALL>
check 'select device currents'

Then you can see currents.
