Hello!
I want to know about new generation of Transistors I just need a word ... for example HEMT or HBT or HEBT ,.... I need your knowledge about possible future generations.

I want to use it as my presentation subject at Electronic Physics Class so if you have another idea that doesn't related to Transistors also great...

it'll help me to find a subject and research about it.

actually I like to pick a new topic and this is the hardest part of the presentation for me.

unfortunately I couldn't find a better part in the forum for this topic maybe Physics part... but I decided to write the post in this division.

Best regards.

Try PROFET, its a protected MOSFET transistor.

Why not to make the subject is the nano-electronics & nano-tubes?

Thanks my friends.
nano-elec and nano-tubes are general topics
my first choice is presenting new type of transistor or new generation of a transistor.....
PROFET seems good one... I've consider it.
but thank for your suggested topics
