Dear all;
I have designed a low-voltage OTA using subthreshold DTMOS p transistors using BSim3 0.18u technology. For theoretical calculations I need a reliable equation for subthreshold current and modeling of system. Does anybody know Which book or paper will be helpful? Thanx
