I install cadence in redhat 7.3.
when i create a new cell layout and placement nmos it just view a line!!
I think it`s my environment variable set error.
Someone can give me help!!
my cadence in /home/ic5141
my libraries in /home/dudu

It's your library problem. Maybe you have to reinstall your lib's PDK and set proper PDK path.

Check the permissions to access the files, get all users into the same group and set permissions to 750 or set it to 755.
