lead acid battery


hello everyone!
i am developing a ups(inverter) i am confuse what should be the battery voltages to cut it off from the load and what should be fully charged voltage please help me

the battery cut off voltage should be 10.8 V and full charge at load should be 13.5 is better for UPS
