in the integrated circuit, which circuit can be used to implement the basic ADDITION/SUBTRACTION function (Vout=V1+V2) of two voltages?

Hi,

Try using operation amplifiers to add and subtract voltages

Hi,

Please check this Link

then I need to design an operational amplifier with negative feedback
is it difficult to design such a circuit?

you need the adder and differance amplifier
the heart of the adder is a inverting configuration amplifier.
the diff between the two is that for the adderboth inputs are at the inverting ( inverting amp) or non inverting (non inverting amp). So that the signal is beeing added.
in the second case one signal is connected to the inverting input of the opamp and the second non inverting in in this way the two signals will be subtraced since one has + sign other -.
see both circuits here:

hope i have helped you

The subtraction circuit I saw are all with an operational amplifier symbol

Are there any detailed transistor schematic? Because now I want to implement it in CMOS integrated circuit

In discrete-time applications, you may also use switched-capacitor circuits.
