has any one designed a current feedback opamp.
Whyis that not much work has not be done in current feedback opamps.
please suggest some material to refer to design one such opamp

thanks for the book Haoyun.
But can u clear this doubt to me.
What i am not sure is whether the inputs are voltages or currents.
THere is a matrix describing the current conveyor s operation
Vx= 0 1 0 Ix
Iy =0 0 0 Vy
Iz =1 0 0 Vz
So which are the input ports X,Y or Z. ?

Current amplifiers and current feedback amplifiers are distinct.
As I understand you mean current feedback opamp, like the one from here CFBvsVFB
Am I right?

So you can find some info in the book Palumbo G., Pennisi S. Feedback Amplifier, 2003.

Maybe this paper will be helpfull for you also.
