| It means Micro-Electro Mechanical Sytems, their fabrication is similar to VLSI or CMOS technologies but they are actually microstructures. They have applications in every field e.g. Inertial sensors in Automobiles etc, In medical as cochlear implants and many more, in optics as micromirrors for modern projectors and many more, more and more

Hi
I m trying now to find a modelisation for duffing pendulum.
The duffind pendulum have a non linear behaviour.
ax''+bx'+cx+dx^3=F(t)
can we modele thid equation by a difference equation ????
