Hi friends,
I have been shortlisted by a malasiyan company for first level interview. But they want to know..my expected CTC(cost to company) details. I am a software engineer(embedded) with 3.8 years of exp. what can I expect from them..?

| Thats the minimum you should expect for your experience. But the limit of asking depends on you and the company which is ready to pay. In malaysia You cannot expect too much as you expect in indian companies.
