Dont worru pramod.It still good in India.Amd is laying off buut all abroad not in India..
Dont worry dear friend if we have capablility semiconductor still is ok...

| ya there is some problem with these companies.....basically s/c industary is highly skilled industry ....thts y it has less openings...but for experienced guys...there r lot of openings....nokia is looking for some exp. guys....freescale is also recruiting massively

| Montalvo Systems got acquired by SUN & they laid off all the employs.. The present situation is good in big MNC's & they keep on recruiting the ppl.
