what are protons, neutrons and electrons exactly?? are they composed of other particles?

Of Course they have to have other particles. Look for Quantum physics. you can see that they have quarks of variety. And the spins of them also important. Actually All sub atomic and atomic and the real life seen materials are some kind of energy.
