Power, Gain, Bandwidth, Vcc?
I have a GS31b russian triode amp givin me 700W out at 432 Mhz,
but I suppose thats not what you are looking for

| This is a standard military band around the world (225-400) used for aircraft to ground communications. Becaue of this large, standard market many transistor manufacturers have standard products for this band including suggested circuits. They even go so far as give out the computer files for making the PC board layouts.
