sim340 sometimes not starting

Hi all

Please help. We are using many SIM340 modules (400 to date). Some of the modules (about 1 in every 10) has a problem that they do not always start up. If the module has been off for a long time, the module will start up fine. But sometimes when you pull down the power-up pin, the module never wakes up, and you have to cycle power.

Our power supply is adequate, we have tested with different power supplies, this is not the problem.

Does anyone have an idea?

regards
Carel
