There are 2 ways to do this:
1- Through "ICstudio":
If your design in the ICstudio format, then all you have to do is open icstudio and right click on the top cell schematic and click "update hierarchy". And check the log after it finishes that's all.
To open ICstudio :
> icstudio -project <project_location>
2- Through "Design Manger"
- Open the design manager by typing : > dmgr_ic
- Load any location map you are using if any.
- You will find a button for hierarchy on the right, click on this button.
- Navigate to the top cell in the design.
- You will be notified if there is problem with the hierarchy.
- Other than that you will see the hierarchy opened.
I prefer the ICStudio solution as it more friendly and I have used it many times before. But I didn't use design manager way. But just tested it for this post.
By the way, what is version of your icflow?
