Pl tell me comparative advantage and Disadvantage of using Flop Based and Mux Based clock Divider.
Pl tell me it with respect to Methodology, Timining , Front/Back End Issues etc.

is it programmable divider ? does it support 50% duty cycle?

Yes it suppost 50% duty cycle, skew balancing and its programmable...
