Hi,
The requested library is not exist For OrCAD at all.
I think that OrCAD is not suitable for designing integrated circuit and the Model Libraries are at most in LEVEL 3.
Don't Look for the 0.18um Library for OrCAD!
you should design integrated circuits and simulate them with HSPICE and its Libraries.
