i am doing the RFID simulation in my final year project.
may i know who can help me in using Matlab to simulate RFID tag?
any example or tutorial that can help me?
i never use Matlab before but my supervisor request me to do so.

There are several levels of models: behavior level or transistor level. First of all you need to specify what you want to get from the model. According to your description, I guess you are most interested in the read range, so you just need a set of simple equations, like Friis formula and the sensitivity of both reader and tag. The rad pattern is somewhat hard to be inserted into Matlab, just use the gain parameter which will give you a good start.
