conection between S7-200 &WinCC


i have a problem with my Step7-200 siemens plc i've got MicroWin and WinCC flexible on my PC ,the problem is that the PLC recieves and sends signals with MicroWin but it doesnt recieve anything from the WinCC flexible so i dont know where the problem is??
any help???
