RC implemented with only R and C
in order to get L for Bandpass function, you need
gyrator which convert the C to L.

and LC implemented with both L and C.

but it can't build BPF ?

RC or LC can build either LPF/HPF
LC can build BPF also

--- R ----- is a LPF. Replace R by L it is a second oder LPF. swap Comps to
| get HPF
C

----L--C---- is BPF

---- L||C -- is BRF/Notch .... so on
