Anyone has some tutorial on this theorem (from Spectral analysis to Fourier transform), please give me a hand...
Your help will be very much appreciated.
Thanks a ton..

First of all it's Wiener-Khinchin theorem also known as the Wiener–Khintchine theorem and sometimes as the Khinchin–Kolmogorov

It states that fourier of the autocorrelation is the spectral density.
