Zarlink released in jan 2008 a very interesting transceiver (ZL70250) in the sub 1 GHz ISM BW for low data rate (<200 kbps).
This particular device works with a very small current <2mA RX & <2mA TX at low power transmission.
It will be very interesing to understand better (I already have some ideas, but not enough informations) how they have reached this low current and what is the price they have to pay in term of performances, but full product informations are available to qualified customers. Very bad...
Anyone can help?
