Well:
- RFI
It used when you want to make a proyect for something, and need "information" about the companys that they can work with the things that you need for it.
For example, you need to work with UNIX, then if one company or group answer your RFI that they work with windows, you reject it.
- RFP
It is the proposal of value, and the document where you say how the proyect will be done, the materials, people that will work in it, etc.
- RFQ
It is the same as RFP BUT more specific, and with more details in each part.
