Hi,
I guess your design isn't going to be specialised (complex shapes or multi layer or etc..etc.), so I would direct you to check Balanis book 'Antenna Theory' Chapter on mictrostrip antennas.
You will find have ever you need (from theory, to simplified design equations) to build a DIY microstrip antenna following simple and easy step by step procedure.

Hi,
i think the book on microstrip antenna by james and Hall / microstrip antenna design handbook by Inder and Bahl are two useful books for designer. By, he way i want to know on which substate do u want to print it ?
