interfacing a MCU dev. kit to a smd magnetic sensor

I found a magnetic sensor that fits my application but they do not offer a development kit. The output of the sensor is analog voltage. I need a way to interface my sensor to the target board. So that I can manipulate the data from the sensor. I was also told by the application engineer who makes the sensor that I will need an amplifier in line with the sensors output pin. My question is how do I interface my smd sensor and amp to the target board? I think what I am asking is can I make my own development board for the sensor and how do I interface it to the target board. I attached pictures of the development kit and the sensor for convenience.

The output of the HMC1052 is a differential voltage. I'm not an expert on 8051 family, but most microcontroller ADCs take single-ended voltage. Figure 2 in the HMC1052 datasheet shows how to convert the differential to single-ended using an opamp (U2) in a difference configuration. The same figure shows a set/reset circut, which is also required.
