I am involved in designing RF TLC systems and recently I heard that someone used MEMS components to build RF receivers with tunable filters with high Q and low size. Does anybody know where I could find some info on MEMS components and if there are manufacturing companies producing and selling these components (custom or commercial).
Thanks a lot

I am using also MEMS for my current design. and I got it from Analog Devices. You can find something on its web site.
