maybe its cheeper to visit the local reclimation center to your town
and buy 100 phones
sounds mad but take the display and sell the other good parts on fleebay
once broken down they are worth more
you will find most police and enforcements agency have a sale of recovered unclaimed property
this is also a good way to buy lots {more than 1000 units a box} of phones
so many i see the last time twenty or more boxes of this amount of just phones
and becouse its the cops they are all sorted out by type etc
i think there are many other lcd units from these and again you can resell on ebay or other

in india nokia 3310 display will cost you nearly $3. they are mostly chinies clone of original display. they work well but the rejection ratio is about 5%.
