| any one plz tell me if there is any sensors which sense blood flow in the artery or vein and a cardio pace meter device

| Blood flow is typically monitored by ultrasonic doppler, ask your family doctor.

| Heart rate is usualy sensed with an IR pulse oximeter (aka photoplethysmograph) or ECG/EKG.

| a simple pulse meter can be made with an led and photo diode fed into an opamp and clipped to the end of your finger. Very common on exercise cycles
