Hello, i ahve a touchscreen OMRON NT21 and the NT Support Tool 2.46 but when i want to download the aplication there is an error: Terminal not compatible
Please help me, thanks

| you setting in NT support tool is same with the hardware NT??

| yes, i am setting to nt hardware, i think that need a earlier software version, i am reading and the 2.47 version is for nt21v2
