Hi
I need CAD tool for generating test vectors through D-alg, PODEM and FAN,,... like ATOM,HITEC/PROOFS

If any one know about these CAD tools, please help me..

I am working in the filed of testing of digital circuits....
PODEM (PAth Oriented DEcision Making) algorithm to generate test vectors....
Is there any CAD tool for generation of test vectors?
Can you help me pls.
