Can someone please tell me how to access the USB port using MATLAB? Is there some similar mechanism available like the serial class?
I am able to access it using Java, but I am facing some problems.

I don't understand clearly ur question. U already had ur hardware and want to connect with Matlab, is it right? If ur question is that I can help u.
I already had USB Camera System and I connected to Matlab to capture and display image.
