You mean boundary-scan testing, right? There are two types of boundary-scan software:
* Software for 'manual' boundary-scan testing to see signals on pins and manipulate with their values while device normally operating. Scanseer is very good for such purpose. And not least it's quite cheap. But Scanseer does not generate test vectors, it is only intended for 'manual' testing.
* Second group: software for boundary-scan testing which uses netlist and BSDL files to generate test vectors. There are a plenty of companies providing such solutions, but all of them are quite expensive. They are: Flynn onTAP, XJTAG, ASSET-INTERTECH tools, Corelis and many others.
