I have a project to make Ultrasonic parking assistance? can you help me??
My project like this:
1.This Ultrasonic parking assistance can only detect something at the rear of vehicle.
2.This Ultrasonic parking assistance can’t detect something in right side and left side of the vehicle.
3.This Ultrasonic parking assistance will not show the distance of the object behind the vehicle. But only produce beeps when something behind is so close to the vehicle.
Use :Microcontroller PIC16F88, IC 7805, IC MAX232.

| What sensor do you use? I know its ultrasound, but what type? Basically the device only measure the wave propagation and do calculation. the closer the distance the faster the beep frequency.

I found once a similar project complete with schematic and code on the web.
I will try to find it back and post it here...
BTW why do you need a MAX232?
Do you plan to connect the range meter to a laptop in you car?

I use pic 16f88 (microcontroller), but i'm not use LCD. I has made the deff board and now i need program for my project. can u help me??
