Hi,
I'm designing a brushless motor controller board, using a DSpic as a controller through PWM. The motor is a small 10W 24V part. I'd like to minimize the number of external components so I'd like to know if someone can suggest an IC that contains the 6 MOSFETs and the high side drive pump, capable to be connected directly to the micro.
Thanks a lot

I havnt seen such a part.
If the voltage is 12 then u can use chips that are used in cd/dvd drives.
better luck

u can save on 3 phase gate driver IC (International Rectifier do provide that).
but to have a module of the 3 phase power mosfet is quite expensive.
