Sorry,men,I saw your message justnow.The first,you need get a romfile and flash-program ,you can find them from CD which is within playerpackage,or download from samsung's site,or read from a normal player.If you get them ,you would cennect the player to computer,launch the flash program and flash the romfile to your player ,after reset ,it would work probabaly.Sorry for my poor english,
