What is the voltage level for reset pin in 89c2051 controller.

according to the datasheet:
VIL (Input Low Voltage for IOs, XTAL1, RST) = -0.5V (min) to 0.2*Vcc-0.1V (max)
VIH1 (Input High Voltage for XTAL1, RST) = 0.7*Vcc (min) to Vcc+0.5V (max)
