a question about "vpp"

In the adc papers, I often see the words like "the input range is 1.5Vpp".
But what does it exactly mean? (For example: 1)the single supply voltage is 3v
2)the double supply voltage are
-1.5v、1.5v)

THe Vpp means voltage peak to peak. If input range is 1 V peak to peak then you can either use the voltage from 0 to 1 V or also from -.5V to +5V..

Added after 18 seconds:

THe Vpp means voltage peak to peak. If input range is 1 V peak to peak then you can either use the voltage from 0 to 1 V or also from -0.5V to +0.5V..

it means peak to peak . if you use oscillograph to do test .and you want to get a pulse, you can see this parameter.

Re: a question about "vpp"

Do you mean that vpp has nothing to do with the supply voltage??
And if we set the input range to be 2vpp, then it only means a range and can't get the exact max and min voltage value??

Yes, it means that your input voltage range must be within the specified voltage.

Hi,
It means peak-to-peak voltage of an AC signal
