Hi All,
I'm new here and in PIC-programming, so could someone please advise me which kit to buy? It seems Debug Express has more functionality such as programming/debugging in-circuit (from description). Anything else what I do not understand yet? And why prices the same?
Mainly I'm going to use PICs in my automotive and home devices circuits.
Please, help me to get into this staff

Both the PICkit 2 Express or Starter kit use the same PICkit 2 programmer / debugger.
The difference is the target demonstration board.
The Starter uses 16F690
Express uses 16F877

We carry life-time warranty PICKit2 clones. Also PCB and SMD components are available if you want build your own full function clones.
