i must make a frequency divider i meen if the in frequency is 3Hz the Out frequency must be 2 Hz the amplitude of In frequency is 8 Hz - 130 Hz
can some implement in C

| i cant understand what you are ASKING ....if u want to make frequency division then it is so easy in8051 using c language just set one timer as counter and read that timer register ..then devied it by two and put the value in other timer register and use this timer as time period purpose etc ...............

| i meen every 1/4 sec to scan the IN f. and the OUT f. must work without stoping only changing
