Hi
I need example of matching tuner network which is used for adaptive matching when impedances or S parameters measure is performed.

To get variable caps and inductors, can use multiple capacitors and inductors switched by PIN diodes.

Printed inductors can be done relatively easy, but not with high inductance values.
This will limit your frequency range.
