what is about TC39i from siemens? Is it good and reliable? I can not find any datasheet on it ,Do you have any link?

i have no idea about gsm module as i used modem phone T290i to interface.
but i wana ask price difference b/w a GSM module and a GPRS modem phone.
really have no idea.plz giv some info
