i want to get your opinion on this analog oscilloscope:

model: tektronix 2236
datasheet: http://www.teknetelectronics.com/DataSheet/TEKTRONIX/TEKTR_2200Series80624.pdf

is it worth the investment of usd 200?

Your the one that ultimatly has to decide if it is "worth it" to you (which depends on what you would use it for).
But, Yes $200.00 (US) is a very good price for this scope.

It is a very reliable, useful and very good scope, according to old Tek tradition.
Works for decades, without service.
USD 200 is a good price, if it works OK. Buy it.

Never mind. It works, have a nice digital multimeter,
and it will work without any problem for at least 10 more years or more.

Of coarse a TDS200 series scope is generally (not always) better,
but it would cost you much more.

I used one for a long time. Obtained mine as a demo model from Tektronix. It is very handy with the counter, timer and DVM built in. The only problem I had later was that the focus readjusted while using the scope. That was traced to a high value resistor in the focus circuit. I found out later that was a common fault on this series. $200 is not a bad price provided it is fully functional. I have seen them going cheaper.

A good source of used scope is your local electronic swapmeet. I got a used Tek 2440 for $200 US.
